We back the service we sell. Try it free first, and if it's not your thing once you've paid, we'll make it right.
At Extreme IPTV, we want you happy with what you're paying for. This Refund Policy lays out what's possible before you subscribe and what's available once you do.
1. Free Trial
You get a free 24-hour trial — no credit card, no commitment. It opens up full access to the channels and features included in the plan you pick. Once the 24 hours are up, the trial closes on its own. You won't be charged unless you decide to subscribe.

2. Money-Back Guarantee
If you've subscribed to a paid plan and it's not working out, you can ask for a full refund within 24 hours of that first payment. We don't grill you on the reason.
- The request has to come in within 24 hours of your original payment date.
- Refunds cover first-time purchases — renewals don't qualify.
- Money goes back to the payment method you used.
- Bank processing usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your provider.
3. How to Request a Refund

Drop your registered email and roughly when you paid — that's all we need. We work through every refund request within 48 hours of getting it.
4. Renewals
Plans renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Renewal charges aren't covered by the 24-hour refund window, so if you don't want to renew, cancel at least 24 hours ahead. Need help cancelling? Ping support and we'll handle it.
5. Exceptions
There are a few cases where a refund isn't on the table:
- The request lands more than 24 hours after the first payment.
- The account was suspended for breaking our Terms & Conditions — things like sharing logins or working around region rules.
- You've already filed a chargeback with your bank. Talk to us directly first instead — it's faster.
6. Technical Issues
Buffering, missing channels, or a connection that won't behave? Talk to support before you ask for a refund. Most issues get fixed in a few minutes. The team's around 24/7 on WhatsApp.
7. Changes to This Policy
We can update this policy when we need to. Any changes apply from the date they're posted. If you're already subscribed, you keep the terms you signed up under.
